駐診老師預約規則修訂
中華民國109年4月21日修訂
本中心針對駐診老師預約規則新增相關辦法如下，即日起至5/4(一)為宣導期。
針對此次新增之預約辦法，中心預約系統將同步進行維護。於維護完成前，將以人工方式進行審核，同學若違反規定將直接取消其預約：
1. 預約晨間駐診(8:00-9:00時段)之學生，若欲取消，最晚請於前一天下午5點前來電，逾時不受理，並以預約未到論。
2.為達資源共享及公平起見，學生當月僅限約同一位駐診老師2次，超過次數者將手動取消其預約並個別通知，學生須遵守規定並定期檢查郵件。
宣導期間將口頭告知規定，已預約完成且預約時段為4月份者，不再此限，所以不會取消。109年5月份起正式實施上述新規，屢次違反相關規定者，將視情節輕重依「文藻外語大學學生獎懲辦法」第六條第四點進行相關懲處。
此公告亦將公佈於中心預約平台中，請務必遵守上述規則。

Amended and approved at LDCC on April 21st, 2020
New regulations about reserving consulting teachers are listed below. Currently, Dr. E-learning system is under adjustment due to the alteration of the regulations.
The grace period starts from now till May 4th, 2020. Before the adjustment is completed, LDCC will manually cancelled the reservations that are not in accordance with the rules:
1. For students who reserve the morning consulting period (8:00-9:00) and would like to cancel the reservation, an e-mail/phone call to LDCC is needed a day before the reservation (before 17:00); otherwise, an absence will be recorded.
2. For the sake of resource sharing and equal participation, students can only reserve the same consulting teacher 2 times a month. Reservation will be cancelled and the student will be informed if he/she makes an appointment with the same teacher for the 3rd time in one month.
During the grace period, the students whose reservations violate the rules will only be informed by the staff in LDCC, and the reservations made in April will not be cancelled.
Once the implementation of new regulations is valid (on May 4th, 2020), students who repeatedly violate the regulations will receive an admonition on the basis of the “Student Reward and Discipline Regulations of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages.”
The regulations have been announced on the Dr. E-learning system. Please pay attention to the announcement and follow the rules.
